Violet syrup


Making it requires a huge amount of manual labour. It brings the green forest to mind with it's intensive smell. We recommend it with soda water.

It gained a gold medal in 2014 and in 2015 a bronze medal at the "V. International competition of Jam, Juice, Syrup, Fruitwine and other Fruit products".

Since 2015 it has a National Park trademark!

Components: violet petal, water, sugar, citric acid

It is preserved with heat treatment, contains no colour or aroma additives. It should be kept in fridge after opening.
