Blackthorn syrup


It is a speciality with high fibre and fruit content. Because of its tart flavour it is recommended to go with meat dishes but it is very good in itself as well. It is worth enriching it with some cinnamot.

In 2014 it gained a bronze medal at the "IV. International competition of Jam, Juice, Syrup, Fruitwine and other Fruit products"

Components: sloe, water, sugar, citric acid

It is preserved with heat treatment, contains no colour or aroma additives. It should be kept in fridge after opening.
